Swai is an excellent source of selenium and a good source of niacin and vitamin B12, not to mention full of lean protein! We paired ours with our kale parmesan couscous and sesame marinated kale.
If it was stored in the fridge, remove lid and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. If it is frozen, remove lid and microwave for 1:30 - 2 minutes and enjoy!
